What a wonderfully festive night we shared last Thursday, December 4th, for our Carols on the Green! The school oval was truly aglow with the light of Christ and the sweet sound of joyous singing, reminding us of the true meaning of Christmas.
Initially, the evening felt quite warm, but we were truly blessed with a perfect cool change that swept over us as the night progressed! It felt like a gentle gift, allowing us all to sit comfortably and fully appreciate the performances. It was a beautiful reminder of God’s presence in the elements.
It was fantastic to see every class step up and share their gift of song! Each grade treated us to a wonderful rendition of a classic Christmas carol, focusing our hearts and minds on the miraculous journey of the Nativity. Our learners showed off their hard work and beautiful, God-given voices—a massive well done to all the classes!
A special round of applause goes to our magnificent School Choir! They sounded absolutely brilliant, lifting our spirits with their harmonies. Under the wonderful leadership of Mosese and Myla, the choir delivered a truly moving set that filled the air with the grace of Christmas. They were a credit to our community!
The spirit of service was strong! We loved seeing our devoted teachers joining in the fun on stage, supporting our learners by lending their voices to the performance. It just goes to show what a wonderful, faith-filled, and supportive community we share here!
Thank you to everyone who came along and made the night so special—it was a perfect way to prepare our hearts for the coming celebration of our Saviour’s birth! We hope you all felt the warmth and joy of the evening.
